Construction Workforce Coalition

Bringing together contractors and organizations to align and support construction workforce development

Workforce development is an industry-wide issue, much larger than AGC can manage alone. The Construction Workforce Coalition convenes a variety of workforce stakeholders from across the region to coordinate and align projects, resources, and new initiatives. Stakeholders include general contractors, subcontractors, industry associates, workforce investment boards, registered apprenticeship, pre-apprenticeship, community colleges, high schools, school districts, and community-based organizations.

The Construction Workforce Coalition is open to both AGC members and non-members. The group meets every other month at AGC’s office in Wilsonville. During the COVID pandemic the group is meeting virtually via zoom.

Please check AGC’s Event Calendar for the date and time of the next meeting.
