Team Format:

  • Everyone will be randomly divided into teams of five via lottery.
  • Scores from each shooter will be totaled for a cumulative score.
  • Total team points possible: 520
  • Prizes will be awarded to the top three teams.

Four Friendly Competitions

EVENT DETAILS

  • Everyone is welcome whether you want to compete, watch, or practice (event fee is required for all three).
  • Participants will be randomly put on teams of five.
  • Team will rotate through all four competitions: Rifle, Pistol, Archery, and Trap.
  • Teams must rotate through each competition at the same time, together.
  • Each shooter is responsible for their own firearms and ammunition.
  • Participants must bring their own firearms. Bows for the Archery will be provided.
  • Participation in the shooting events is limited to those age 18 and older, unless youth is accompanied by a parent.
  • The safety class is required; you must participate in the safety class before participating in the tournament.
  • A limited variety of ammo is available to purchase.
  • No 50 caliber or fully automatic firearms allowed on the range.
  • No rifle caliber on the handgun range. Pistol caliber only.
  • Additional clay birds will be available onsite to purchase.
  • Black powder is not allowed for competition.
  • Hearing and eye protection are mandatory.
  • Any participant caught with a loaded firearm not engaged in an active competition, will be asked to leave the event. Safety is top priority!

 

TEAM FORMAT

  • Participants can register as an individual or as a pair.
  • Everyone will be randomly divided into teams of five via lottery.
  • Scores from each shooter will be totaled for a cumulative score.
  • Total team points possible: 520
  • Prizes will be awarded to the top three teams.

RIFLE

  • The round includes all five shooters on the team.
  • Each team will have a total of five minutes.
  • Each shooter is allowed eight shots, off hand.
  • You can use any sight–open (iron) sights or optics.
  • Paper targets at 100 yards.
  • Best five of eight shots are counted.
  • Five points are awarded for each hit within the black ring of the target.
  • One point is awarded for each hit within the white rings.
  • One bonus point, max one point, is awarded for a bulls-eye. Max five points per team.
  • Total possible team points = 130

TRAP

  • The round includes all five shooters on the team.
  • The round will consist of 25 shots at 16 yards.
  • Each shot is worth one point for a max of 25 points per shooter.
  • A perfect individual score earns one bonus point, max five bonus points for the team.
  • Total possible team points = 130

PISTOL

  • One shooter per round.
  • Three minute time limit per shooter.
  • Each shooter is allowed five shots, off hand.
  • Each hit is worth five points.
  • If shooter hits all five targets in less than five seconds, individual earns one bonus point, max five bonus points for the team.
  • No bonus points for rim fire.
  • Center fire will receive the bonus point.
  • Steel target at 10 yards.
  • Total possible team points = 130

ARCHERY

  • Bows and arrows are provided for the competition, personal bows are only allowed for practice.
  • Bows are recurve bows.
  • The round includes all five archers on the team.
  • Each person will shoot eight arrows.
  • Target at 20 yards.
  • Best five of eight arrows will be counted.
  • Five points per hit within the red/yellow target.
  • One point per hit within the black/blue target.
  • One bonus point, max one point, is awarded for a bulls-eye. Max five points per team.
  • Total possible team points = 130
