Top Shot presented by The Union Contractor Group returns with an even bigger competition and more opportunities to connect with your peers in the construction industry. Step onto a challenging 100-target sporting clays course designed to test your skills, spark some friendly competition, and create lasting business relationships.
Think of it as golf with a shotgun; each station brings a new challenge, with clay targets flying from every angle. Whether you’re a seasoned shooter or brand new to the sport, Top Shot presented by The Union Contractor Group delivers a high-energy experience that’s as much about networking as it is about marksmanship.
This is your chance to build connections with contractors, suppliers, and industry leaders in a relaxed, outdoor setting, where conversations come easily and camaraderie comes naturally.

Our limited First-Time Shooter Instruction Package is perfect for beginners looking to learn, connect, and jump right into the action. Only six spots are available, so register now to secure yours!
- One-hour safety and skills session: Learn from experienced instructors and build confidence before hitting the course.
- Entry into the main event: Put your new skills to the test alongside fellow industry professionals.
- Gun rental included: Bring your enthusiasm, and we’ll handle the rest.

Schedule:
- 8 am: Registration opens
- 8:30 am: First Time Shooter Class
- 9:30 am: Mandatory Safety Briefing
- 10:00 am: Competition begins
- 1–2 pm Lunch and Awards Program presented by Anchor Insurance & Surety

Event details:
- Participation is limited to those age 18 and older (unless chaperoned).
- Hearing and eye protection are mandatory.
- The safety class is required before participating in the tournament.
- Shotgun rental is available or attendees may provide their own.
- Shells will be provided and no outside shells are permitted.
- 12-gauge shells will be placed at each station for use.
- 20-gauge shells will be handed out individually before competition.
- The course has 15 stations and teams will shoot a total of 100 target per person.
Team format:
- Participants can register as an individual or team.
- Teams of five.
- Teams will pull and self-score as they move through the course.
- Prizes will be awarded to the top three teams.

Photo Policy:
- By attending an AGC Oregon-Columbia chapter event you consent and acknowledge that the event will be photographed and/or recorded for promotional purposes.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations must be received in writing (email or mail) and received by the deadline date. A full refund less a $50 processing fee will be accepted if written cancellation is received two weeks prior to the event. No refunds will be processed if a written cancellation is received after the two week deadline, however, substitutes will always be accepted.
