Top qualities of CEM intervieweesEdgar Castro, a graduate student from Oregon State University’s Construction Engineering Management Program is working with Dr. David Trejo on a class project. He is researching and writing about the top qualities and attributes that construction engineering management employers seek in interviewees during an interview.

For the project, he needs to collect information from general contractors who hire upcoming or recent graduates from Construction Engineering Management programs. As a strategy, he has developed a survey comprised of 10 multiple-choice questions that shouldn’t take longer than five minutes to complete.
