To win this prestigious award, a nominee must have exhibited these values in the following manner:
SKILL: The necessary technical knowledge and practical business experience, as applied to a person’s particular firm or group of undertakings, to enable him/her to carry them to completion in a quality and economical manner.
INTEGRITY: Consistently and persistently complying with the spirit as well as the letter of contracts and handling every transaction with fairness and honor.
RESPONSIBILITY: The financial resources to meet all commitments, as well as the equipment and organization for satisfactory performance of all undertakings.

Photo Policy:
- By attending an AGC Oregon-Columbia chapter event you consent and acknowledge that the event will be photographed and/or recorded for promotional purposes.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations must be received in writing (email or mail) and received by the deadline date. A full refund less a $50 processing fee will be accepted if written cancellation is received two weeks prior to the event. No refunds will be processed if a written cancellation is received after the two week deadline, however, substitutes will always be accepted.
