What are the overall mission and goals of your company and how do they relate to serving the construction industry?

Schwabe follows an innovative real estate and construction industry-focused approach to serving our clients, and our attorneys provide legal guidance in all facets of the ‎‎industry. By representing general contractors, specialty contractors, design professionals, and other members of the construction industry, Schwabe’s Construction Service Team has a 360-degree understanding of the construction industry. Since our team is immersed in this industry, we have the knowledge to develop creative, relevant solutions.

What is the value of your partnership with AGC, and how does it support your company’s purpose?

Schwabe and AGC have a long-standing, supportive relationship. Our attorneys have been active AGC members and served in several different leadership roles over the years. This relationship continues to be invaluable. AGC is the leading source for construction industry knowledge in our region, and is consistently up to speed on the most pressing issues facing contractors. AGC provides an opportunity for Schwabe attorneys to learn how best to serve our clients by connecting with leaders in the industry.

What’s something you would like other members to know about you?

Last year, Schwabe commissioned a commercial real estate and construction survey to explore attitudes and behaviors, as well as uncover industry trends and insights. Over 700 participants from Washington and Oregon responded. The State of Commercial Real Estate & Construction in the Pacific Northwest report provides meaningful insights into where the industry is headed.
