Oregon OSHA Adopted Rule Changes to Division 1

Oregon OSHA recently adopted changes for penalty rules in an effort to increase penalty effectiveness and to create more effective incentives to comply.

A number of other rules were also amended, including rules concerning appeals.

Adopted May 11, 2012, will become effective July 1, 2012.
