Our Pacific Northwest District Office, covering Seattle and Portland, is an independent revenue center located in Vancouver, Washington. Our goals are methodic growth through our existing Inspection, Maintenance, Service and Installation customers and company branding to reach new prospective clients.

Q: What is the key focus of Cosco Fire Protection this year?

A: Our key focus is to attract, train and retain the best available talent in our industry. We also spend a significant amount of our time on our creative marketing, training, educating, entertaining and value-add offerings to our clients. We take the time to learn and understand our prospective clients needs and desires in developing the necessary fire and life safety systems for their buildings.

Q: Why does Cosco Fire Protection find it’s relationship with AGC valuable?

A: We find our participation and relationship to be valuable in the AGC organization with our existing client base. We participate in the AGC Summer Convention where we get to attend different break-out sessions regarding new trends in our industry as well as network with our customers. AGC provides the necessary support and capacity in which we can make advancements in our business and industry.

John is a recognized leader within the fire protection industry; he enjoys a proven track record of success in the business via strong relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, and developers. John’s broad knowledge and overall experience of over 16 years has helped him to consistently grow fire protection companies. John steadily analyzes projects in an endeavor to negotiate the best possible (win/win) contracts that provide the most cost-effective, value engineered, and value-added solution for the customer.
