Perlo Construction is The Now Parent Company of Reimers & Jolivette Construction

Perlo Construction and Reimers & Jolivette (R&J) are pleased to announce they have joined forces, effective July 8th. Perlo will be the parent company, but R&J will retain its brand and location. Both companies have a long-time presence in the Northwest and are proud of their commitment to customers, employees, and the community.

“We couldn’t be happier about adding R&J to the Perlo family,” shared Chris Gregg, President of Perlo. “Their high standards and strong ethics make them a natural partner.”

R&J recently celebrated their 100th birthday. Their flagship clients include Portland General Electric, Northwest Natural Gas, United Way, Reed College, and other stalwart organizations. R&J’s expertise in historic renovations, seismic upgrades, and extensive experience in complex utility projects account for the company’s unparalleled reputation.

“Given our shared values of quality and integrity, this is a great opportunity to ensure we keep a solid foundation in place for the next 100 years,” said Mark Beckius, co-owner of R&J.

Perlo Construction and R&J have worked closely to maintain and respect R&J’s brand to ensure a seamless transition for clients, employees, and partners. Elissa Looney, Director of Strategic Initiatives at Perlo, will now lead the R&J team along with current co-owners Mark Beckius and Scott Prater. Looney was recently named winner of the Industry Influence Award by CREW Portland.

“We look forward to leveraging the best practices of both companies to better serve both Perlo and R&J clients,” said Looney.

Perlo Construction continues its trajectory of strong growth. A leader in the industry since the 1950s, Perlo Construction is committed to craftsmanship, ongoing partnerships, and streamlined project delivery. Market segments include industrial, healthcare, education, auto dealerships, offices, retail, and tenant improvements, among others. The company is headquartered in Tualatin, Oregon.
