City of Portland Early Assistance and Public Works Inquiry Changes

Effective July 1, 2013, the City of Portland will offer a more integrated set of options for development early assistance so customers do not have to sign up for multiple meetings to get information about their project from relevant bureaus. As part of these changes, the Public Works Inquiry will only be available for projects with 1-2 housing units and no anticipated Land Use reviews or Property Line Adjustments. Early Assistance options that include BDS Planning and Zoning as well as Public Works staff will be available for all other projects.
