AGC/SAIF retro return tops $5.6 million!

Great news on the workers’ compensation front! A $5,648,020 retrospective return will soon be distributed (mid-August) to the 650 AGC members participating in the AGC/SAIF workers’ compensation program. This represents a return of over 20% of paid premiums during the 2010–2011 policy year. No other program in the state can churn out results like this year after year, consistently over the past 20 years. These phenomenal results are attributed to the ongoing collaboration between AGC members, their employees, AGC safety staff, agents, and SAIF Corporation to reduce workplace injuries and illnesses. AGC members in this program not only recoup premium dollars to reinvest in their businesses, they maintain safer worksites, which result in fewer workplace injuries. It is a great program for everyone involved.
