Survey: How Do You Resolve Your Construction Disputes?

AGC of America Membership SurveyHelp Tailor the Arbitration Process

AGC of America, in collaboration with the National Construction Dispute Resolution Committee (NCDRC), is surveying our members regarding preferences in resolving construction disputes. The goal of this survey is to assist the NCDRC and the American Arbitration Association (AAA) by providing information that can be used to tailor the arbitration process to continue to meet the needs of the construction industry. The survey can be accessed by clicking on the following link NCDRC Survey AGC.
