Josh Tompkins stepped into the role of CEO of the Oregon-Columbia Chapter in July 2026.
He most recently served as president and CEO of the Washington County Chamber of Commerce and spent nearly a decade in the automotive industry as part of the Dick’s Auto Group executive management team. In his role at Dick’s, Josh served in a voluneer capacity with the AGC Oregon-Columbia Chapter on both the Professional and Industry Associates Conuncil and the Workforce and Professional Development Committee. Josh has significant construction trade association leadership experience, having worked as field manager and membership development manager for Associated Builders & Contractors, Inc., on the national level. Josh also spent time serving as president and CEO of the ABC Central Texas Chapter in Austin, Texas, for over two years before returning home to Oregon in the summer of 2016.
