The new location sits on the 18th floor in the same building it has occupied since 1982 and embodies an open-concept environment to foster an inclusive, collaborative, and flexible office. Ball Janik teamed with LRS Architects to establish a redesign focused on a mid-century modern style combined with natural aesthetics.

Designing a workspace that embodies this message is the first step toward that goal.”

Key features of the redesign include the removal of corner offices, glassed-in conference rooms, a bright, earthy color palette, and panoramic windows. Every aspect of the redesign seamlessly connects, exemplifying Ball Janik’s drive to encourage engagement and creativity.
