FHWA / ODOT DBE Program Training Opportunity for Contractors (Prime and Sub) and State and Local Agency Project Staff

The Oregon Department of Transportation Office of Civil Rights (ODOT OCR), in collaboration with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), has announced an upcoming opportunity to obtain civil rights training. Conducting this training will be Ms. Teresa Banks, Civil Rights Technical Service Team leader from the FHWA Atlanta Resource Center.

Specifically, the training will cover the following Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program topics:

  • Program overview
  • Goal setting
  • Commercial Useful Function (CUF) requirements
  • Counting/crediting DBE participation
  • Completing ODOT forms
