AGC of America completed a workforce survey several years ago, and are distributing another one this year. Responses will help AGCA better define the problem to elected and appointed officials, the media, educators, and the broader business community. The more people understand the scope, and consequences, of a tight construction labor market, the more likely they are to act on the measures identified in the Workforce Development Plan that are designed to make it easier for school systems, local associations, and private firms to establish career and technical education and training programs.

We want chapter members to participate in the survey! When you complete the survey, take a screen shot of the final page, and email it, along with your name and company name (Oregon-Columbia Chapter members only), to Lena Warren in the AGC Oregon-Columbia Chapter office.
