#WeBuildOregon Instagram Contest

AGC is excited to announce that we are in the initial stages of a developing a youth outreach media campaign, educating and alerting GenZ+ (ages 14–24) to the benefits of a career in the construction industry. Changing the conversation around a trade career vs. a college degree, or a trade career vs. any other career will require a long-term strategy with consistent messaging. Grabbing the attention of GenZ+ requires different and unique marketing strategies.

What better way to promote careers in our industry than to use authentic construction workers and worksites in home-grown, user-generated marketing materials? We will leverage #WeBuildOregon to create new and exciting marketing content for Instagram, YouTube, and various other social media channels, and to enhance our Build-Oregon.com presence.

We need your help to promote our #WeBuildOregon Instagram Contest in your offices and jobsites. See the flyer for contest details. Encourage and empower your current workforce to participate to help recruit your next generation of skilled workers. Together we can make an impact.
