AGC is here to help our members understand the City of Portland’s Mandated Sick Leave Ordinance! AGC has developed for you and your employees a detailed, construction-specific technical assistance package containing four core sections that our members can utilize to ensure full compliance:
1. An overview of Portland’s Mandated Sick Leave Ordinance, including specific factors to determine whether or not you are required to comply, what kind of leave an employee can request, how you can handle abuse of the system, etc.
