Oregon-Columbia Chapter member Ramsay Signs Inc. was featured in a November 15, 2020 Wall Street Journal article (click here to view article; subscription required). The article, titled “Coronavirus Surge Tests the Smallest Companies,” focused on what small business owners are doing to manage their workers as the number of new coronavirus cases in the U.S. surge.

One aspect of Ramsay’s safety program that the article focused on was the creation of a penalty system to ensure their staff consistently wore masks while on the jobsite. While penalties were not overly severe, it did ensure that employees were thoughtful while on the job.
