Input Needed: Oregon Statewide Paid Sick Leave Administrative RulesThe Bureau of Labor and Industries (“BOLI”) is now accepting comments from the public on the administrative rules for the Oregon sick leave law. The rules will provide important guidance to employers and BOLI on how to comply with the law, which goes into effect on January 1, 2016. Public hearings provide an important opportunity to have your voice heard.
