In addition, Jon is the lobbyist for the OHBA on such issues as land use planning, environmental and natural resource policy, transportation, and issues arising out of the Endangered Species Act. He is also a nationally recognized speaker on growth management issues. [clear]

He has 14 years of lobbying experience in addition to 10 years of experience working in the legislative process both as legislative staff and working in the executive branch. He has developed an expertise in Transportation, Military, Emergency Response, Public Safety, Energy, Early Childhood, Tourism, Economic Development and Government Reform Policy.  [clear]

Shawn Cleave is responsible for lobbying the State Legislature on behalf of REALTOR® interests and initiating and coordinating the Association’s political communication and grassroots advocacy strategy at the local, state, and federal levels.
