Philanthropist Ed Lynch Dies at 94

Philanthropist Ed Lynch Passes Away at Age 94Ed Lynch, well known supporter of the Oregon State University Construction Education Management program, passed away on Sunday evening, May 10. Ed was the former president of Kiewit Pacific, and executive vice president of Peter Kiewit Sons, Inc. He was a member of the OSU Construction Education Foundation for 28 years and served as chair for four years, and was inducted into the College of Engineering Hall of Fame in 1998. His generosity to his community, and to OSU in particular, were legendary.
