Be sure to check your mail for the Personnel Administration Services (PAS) Merit Shop Wage survey. Please be sure to get your responses in by May 31, 2013. All members who answer the survey will receive a free copy of the Oregon-only survey when it becomes available this summer.
It is important you take a few minutes to participate in the survey. The more responses, the more accurate the survey results. This information can be used to determine your shop’s salaries, and are offering salaries that are competitive throughout the state.
