The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has approved ODOT’s overall DBE goal for Federal Fiscal Year 2015-2016 in accordance with 49 CFR §26.45.
The approved overall goal is 13.1% for FFY 2015-2016, of which 5.2% will be attained through race and gender conscious means and 7.9% will be attained through race and gender neutral means. FFY 2015-2016 begins October 1, 2015 and ends September 30, 2016. The basis for the approval and conditions are set forth in the FHWA March 27, 2015 approval letter and decision document.
