AGC of America (AGCA) is now requesting nominations for the National Board of Directors for 2013. The memorandum below from AGCA Director of Membership and Administration Jan Dishner outlines the process to follow to submit nominations.

SUBJECT: OFFICIAL NOTIFICATION OF VACANCIES AND NOMINATION PROCEDURE FOR ELECTED DIRECTORSHIPS
In accordance with Article III, Sections 2, 6, and 7 of the AGC Bylaws, members are hereby
notified of their privilege to nominate members of the Association as Directors to represent them
in the affairs of the Association.
At its meeting in March 2010, the AGC Board of Directors voted to modify the AGC Bylaws to
allow for the use of electronic means to conduct such nominations and elections. As such, the
nomination materials and ballot are now available in electronic format. To access these
