New this year! The Board of Directors meeting will be held the morning of the golf tournament. All members are welcome to attend, but an RSVP is required. Questions regarding the board meeting can be directed to Kari Schoonover, 503-685-8318.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing (email, fax, or mail) and received by the deadline date. A full refund will be processed if written cancellation is received by Monday, May 8. A partial refund, less a $50 processing fee per participant, will be processed if a written cancellation is received by Friday, May 19. No refunds will processed after that date (May 19), however, substitutes will always be accepted.
