Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing (email, fax, or mail) and received by the deadline date. A full refund will be processed if written cancellation is received by Monday, June 12. A partial refund, less a $50 processing fee per participant, will be processed if a written cancellation is received by Friday, June 30. No refunds will processed after that date (June 30), however, substitutes will always be accepted.
