STP,
the Supervisory Training Program developed
by AGC, is designed specifically to meet the
needs of the construction industry. Developed, updated, and field-tested
by and for our contractors, STP contains
courses that focus on the knowledge and
skills that every supervisor must have to be
an effective manager of people, time,
equipment, and materials.

Under the revised requirements of
CEGS-01451, Contractor Quality Control, it is mandatory that this course
be successfully completed to be approved as the contractor's quality
control manager. Course certificates are valid for five years
from date of successful completion.

certificate programs. Enroll in an online course or
certificate program and be a student where and when
it's convenient for you. Many programs have
year-round starts and are developed, evaluated, and
taught by UW faculty and leading professionals in
the field.

programs can be taken entirely online, while some
programs feature online learning and classroom
