Construction Education and Safety Training


AGC offers the following construction education and safety training:

  • Competent Person Training for Trenching and Excavating
  • Confined Space Entry Training
  • Combined Competent Person for Trenching and Excavating and Confined Space Entry
  • Crane Operator Safety Certification
  • Crane Operator Safety Re-certification
  • Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS)
  • First Aid / CPR Training
  • OSHA - 10 Hour
  • OSHA - 30 Hour

Supervisory and Management Training


STP, the Supervisory Training Program developed by AGC, is designed specifically to meet the needs of the construction industry. Developed, updated, and field-tested by and for our contractors, STP contains courses that focus on the knowledge and skills that every supervisor must have to be an effective manager of people, time, equipment, and materials.

Professional Development


Army Corp. Quality Management
     $99 for AGC Members,
     $119 for Non-AGC Members

Under the revised requirements of CEGS-01451, Contractor Quality Control, it is mandatory that this course be successfully completed to be approved as the contractor's quality control manager. Course certificates are valid for five years from date of successful completion.

Construction Management


University of Washington offers several online learning certificate programs. Enroll in an online course or certificate program and be a student where and when it's convenient for you. Many programs have year-round starts and are developed, evaluated, and taught by UW faculty and leading professionals in the field.

Most certificate programs can be taken entirely online, while some programs feature online learning and classroom meetings. Visit the UW Professional and Continuing Education web site to learn about other online offerings, including individual courses and degree programs.
