Advertising and Sponsorship Recognition
The Partner Program was
designed to help focus your marketing efforts to AGC
members by providing a complete list of all that is
available in the coming year.
The deadline to be a
partner in 2009 is January 9. Contact
Christina
Devlin, 503-682-3363 or 800-826-6610 for more
information.
AGC Advertising
There are two primary means for advertising to Oregon-Columbia Chapter members: the
new chapter magazine
(published six times per year) and the chapter website. If you are interested in advertising, please contact
SK2R Publishing directly,
Skip Raddle,
503-941-9513 x 101.
AGC Sponsorships
The chapter is known for its high quality, well-attended events, each with its own targeted audience, providing ample opportunity to showcase your company or product. Each event, ranging from the annual conference in January to a black-tie event in the fall, provides a wide variety of sponsorship levels. Take a look…you may find an event that you haven’t previously considered would be a great fit for your sponsorship dollars.
AGC Partners
So how does this program work? Simply review the advertising and sponsorship opportunities for the year and decide which event or publication you choose to support. If the total dollars you commit to spend in 2009 equal one of the AGC Partner levels (double
diamond, diamond, platinum, gold, and silver), you are eligible to receive the additional benefits outlined in the AGC
Partners brochure.
One more thing: to be eligible for the AGC Partner benefits,
your commitments must be made by January 9,
2009. After that date, you will not be able to be an AGC Partner (with all its advantages) until the following year.

Sponsorship
Why Sponsor an AGC Event?
Give your organization visibility with access to a targeted audience and direct customer contact!
Each AGC event offers unique opportunities to meet, network, and build relationships with fellow members.
- Showcase your business or new product
- Networking opportunities
- Relationship building
- Company recognition through additional promotion and PR
- Support industry goals
- Promote good will
AGC Events
Our association is justifiably proud of our members’ accomplishments within the industry. We also appreciate the meaningful investments our members make enabling exceptional educational programs and events the Oregon-Columbia Chapter is known for. Registration fees cover only a portion of the true costs of putting on a major AGC event, so we rely upon sponsorships from our contractor and associate members to insure that our reputation for quality continues.
Additional Recognition
The AGC Partner Program acknowledges our sponsors and advertisers who give so much to this association and industry. Those who reach a certain dollar amount will be eligible for additional benefits and recognition. See the
AGC Partner brochure for more information.

Maximize Your Visibility
-
Don't let your membership dollars go to waste.
You're paying to be a part of AGC--so be just
that...a part. Being involved gets you
recognized, and puts you in front of your target
audience. When people see how hard you work
towards making a volunteer organization a
success, they'll know you work hard to make your
business a success!
-
Sponsor, sponsor, sponsor! Put your best foot
forward and reap the rewards! Only you are the
best at what you do--so why not shine at the
next AGC event?
-
Get
more bang for your buck! As an AGC Partner,
sponsors and advertisers receive additional
marketing throughout the entire year. With every
dollar you spend to support AGC, you increase
your marketing opportunities by being a Silver,
Gold, Platinum, or Diamond level partner. Each
level gives you additional marketing
opportunities and makes you and your company
more visible to your targeted audience. From
your company's name listed on the AGC website to
the complimentary ad in the monthly newsletter,
AGC gives it all to you as additional benefits
for being an AGC Partner.
Additional Recognition
The
AGC Partner Program is designed to acknowledge
sponsors and advertisers who support both AGC
and the commercial construction industry. Those
who make a commitment from one of the Partner
Program dollar levels for the upcoming year will
be eligible for additional benefits and
recognition, above and beyond the benefits an
individual sponsor would normally receive.
Here’s the Catch…
To be eligible for the partner benefits, commitments must be made by
January 9, 2009. After that date you will not be able to be an AGC Partner until 2010.

How to Become a Partner
Becoming an
exclusive AGC Partner is easy; simply follow
four easy steps. You do not need to indicate
specifically what you would like for an
advertising package or exactly what you want to
sponsor, you only need to commit to which level
of partnership you want by January 9, 2009.
Any of the
following combinations may be used to qualify to
be a partner:
- Sponsorship
only
- Advertising
only
- A combination
of both sponsorship and advertising.
Step One:
Decide which level of partner your company would
like to be: Double Diamond, Diamond, Platinum, Gold, or Silver.
Step Two:
Do you plan to advertise in the CNU or on
the AGC website? Review your advertising budget
with AGC for the year.
Step Three:
Do you plan to be an event sponsor? Sign up now
for one or more events throughout the year.
Step Four:
Add up your totals for advertising and
sponsorship. Does it equal one of the
partnership levels?
Still not sure
what you want to do? Contact AGC.
Christina Devlin or
Joan Stitt will be happy to customize your
partnership package or help you become an
individual event sponsor. Either way, we are here to answer your questions.
