Essential duties and responsibilities include

- Load and unload truck.
- Transport
materials from shop and suppliers to job sites.
- Will lend a helping hand installing all

to learn how to assist installers.
- Clean out job sites.
- Clean shop.
- Check materials, tools and ladders in and out of
shop.
- Help set equipment (crane lifts).
- Put away material in shop. With training, must
be able to learn what parts are.
- With training, help fabricate materials in shop.
- Keep flat bed and shop trucks clean.
- Keep track of truck maintenance (check lights,
oil, tires, etc.). Report needs to shop foreman.
- Use forklift to load and unload.

Reitmeier Mechanical’s Human resource specialist
maintains the human resource records of all company
employees. These records include information such as
name, address, job title, and earnings; benefits
such as health and life insurance; and tax
withholding. The Human resource specialist must be
aware of local, state and federal employment
guidelines, manage payroll issues, maintain employee
records, complete and record insurance and other
programs offered to employees and be able to assist
employees in understanding and evaluating the
participation in these programs. The human resource
specialist may also be actively involved in training
programs for the new or existing employees, such as
the apprentice programs, and answering questions
that employees may have on policies or procedures
within the company or agency.
The
human resource specialist also performs a variety of
other clerical duties, including answering

employment packages. When credit bureaus and finance
companies request confirmation of a person’s
employment, the human resource assistant provides
authorized information from the employee’s personnel
records.
The
human resource specialist is also involved in the
hiring process. They screen job applicants to obtain
information such as their education and work
experience, request references from present or past
employers, obtain authorization for motor vehicle
records checks, administer paperwork for mandatory
drug tests and explain the organization’s employment
policies.
The
human resource specialist is also responsible for
preparing badges, passes, and identification cards

The
