AGC provides contract interpretation (primarily for the five-craft agreements), advice on grievance responses, assistance with Boards of Adjustment, and advice on contractual obligations concerning discipline and discharge. AGC also provides Wage and Fringe Benefit information upon request. 

Member contractors can participate in bargaining with AGC on a single employer basis and sign on to one or more of the existing agreements (click on links to view current labor agreements):
