Rogue Valley Construction Leadership Council

The Construction Leadership Council was established to fulfill the need to cultivate the next generation of leaders in the construction industry. The CLC is a conduit for participants to network, exchange ideas about work and the industry, serve local communities, continue professional development, and develop leadership skills.

Pool Tournament and Diner Night at Cyber Center Sports Grill
5 pm, 943 Automation Way, Medford. Join the RVCLC for an evening of food, fun, and fellowship. Dinner and non-alcoholic beverages are sponsored by the RVCLC. Along with dinner, video games, a golf simulator, and pool tables will be provided for your entertainment. Participants in the tournament are asked to contribute $10 for prizes for the top "sharks" of the evening, so bring your game! Click here for a registration form. Business Plan


Identify

  • Continue to invite current members to participate in CLC meetings and events
  • Select events for CLC members to invite their non-member peers in the construction industry as a recruitment tool.
  • Develop relationships with college student chapters and construction management program groups.

Involve

  • Encourage CLC members’ involvement in other core AGC activities through inclusion of CLC events, activities, reports, and interests in other AGC forums.
  • Sponsor events with both educational content and social activities geared at younger constructors.
  • Incorporate introductions to AGC services, activities, and benefits into sponsored events, inc. other AGC committees and councils

Develop

  • Educational offerings targeted to the needs of new constructors.
  • Provide the experience for the CLC Steering Committee in planning events, activities, outreach and educational opportunities.
