Coordinate with Legislative staff the various
pieces of legislation that will be introduced regarding statute of
repose and other insurance "crisis" solutions

Call together construction industry groups to
assist as needed with discussions about legislative issues (AIA,
ACEC, Specialty Contractor Associations, etc.)

Public Relations and
Strategic Alliances
- Using relationships built during meetings on
insurance related issues, create a Construction Industry Coalition
including AGC members, representatives from specialty contractor
associations, AIA, ACEC and perhaps unions and private owner
associations. The purpose would be to find common ground on issues
of importance to the entire commercial construction industry (ie
workforce, contractual relationships, regulations being promulgated
by local, regional and state governments, etc)
