Special Activities
Got-Kilt?
Own a kilt? No? Well, here is your chance to either rent or buy a kilt at a reasonable price. If the Scotts can wear ‘em, so can we! So if you are Brave at Heart…don a kilt! go to www.got-kilt.com or call 248-444-4880 and ask for the AGC 10% discount on any purchase. Two-buckle Kilt: $58 to purchase / $20 online rental order / $25 onsite rental.
Million Dollar Shoot Out
Win a million dollars. That’s right! We said a MILLION dollars! Arrive early to the tournament and take your chance to be one of the top five qualifiers to take their chance at winning $1,000,000! Cost to participate is only $20 per person.
Four Stick Competition
Did you know that golf originally was played with only four “sticks”? For those of you who are brave at heart we have added a twist to our Scramble Format in the tournament that you and your team play the course with just that – four sticks (or clubs). Each team who participates in this competition will be allowed to only use the following clubs: a 3 wood, a 5 iron, a 9 iron, and a putter. Teams playing in the Four Stick competition will all play on the West Course. Cost to participate is only $40 per team.
Low Gross Competition
Returning this year is the highly competitive low gross contest. To win the low gross contest, all you have to do is play your game without the use of mulligans. The team with the lowest gross score receives $200 cash, one magnificent trophy, and bragging rights for the entire year. In order to keep the trophy, you must come back and defend your low gross score next year or forfeit the trophy back to AGC. Teams playing in the Low Gross competition will all play on the East Course. Cost to participate is only $40 per team.
Prepay for On-Course Activities
Buy your mulligans and tickets for both the putting contest and the hole in one contest when you register, and have all of your team’s on-course activities taken care of in advance!
