Army Corp of Engineers


The Army Corp of Engineers has partnered with AGC to offer the Construction Quality Management (CQM) course and the Quality Control System (QCS) Software training program.

Construction Quality Management

Under the revised requirements of CEGS-01451, Contractor Quality Control, it is mandatory that this course be successfully completed to be approved as the contractor’s quality control manager. Course
certificates are valid for five years from date of successful completion.

Quality Control System

QCS is a quality management and contract administration program designed by Resident Engineers to be used by contractors’ staff for interfacing with the government’s Resident management System (RMS).

This course will teach contractors’ staff how to download, configure, and use the various modules of the software program, which includes quality control reporting, submittals and correspondence tracking, exchange of RFIs, scheduling data, progress payments and other administrative aspects of construction contracts with the Corps of Engineers.
